W.A. Olmsted Elementary After School Program Registration

We are excited to announce that the W.A. Olmsted After-School Program for Elementary Students has a tentative start date of September 28, 2026. Our goal is to offer a program that incorporates both learning and fun.

Who: ​All W.A. Olmsted students in grades K-6 are eligible to participate
What: Homework support, ​educational support (math, reading, ELA), ​art, physical activities (hands-on learning and additional movement opportunities, social emotional learning, music and more.
When: Monday - Thursday, 3 - 5 p.m.

● Dinner will be provided for ALL program participants.
● Bus routes and drop off locations (the Late Bus format) are located on the back of this page.

We would like for students to have every opportunity to be a part of this enriching program. Enrollment is open NOW. There are limited spots available, please enroll ASAP to ensure a spot for your child.

**A separate enrollment form must be completed for EACH participant! **

Once you have completed an enrollment form, your student will be provided with an enrollment confirmation letter and medical form/permission slip that will be sent home with your child through their teacher. Please review and complete the forms and send them back to the W.A. Olmsted Elementary Main Office or via email to esmith@hcs.stier.org as soon as possible.

Students cannot stay for the after-school program until the medical form is completed and returned.

Bus #2 - Maple St & Colesville Rd; 4 Corners @ Colesville Rd/Martin Hill/Watrous Rd; West Colesville Fire station; 4 Corners @ Colesville/North Rd/Sanitaria Springs Rd; 4 Corners @ Sanitaria Springs/Ridge Rd/Old State Rd; Sanitaria Springs Rd & Cafferty Rd.

Bus #3 - Light Rd; Main St; Golden Lane; Country Court; Route 79 to Windsor Acres; Center Village Loop Rd; East Windsor Rd (from park in Doraville to the Nineveh Bridge); East Windsor Rd & Perch Pond Rd; Route 7 (from Nineveh Bridge to Route 235); Route 7 & Oak Hill Rd; Route 235 to Cue Ball Rd.
